Option 1: Design/Build
(for complex projects that require design work)
$800.00 per page / 1 change included in price
$600.00 for each additional page if needed.
Any drafting fees will be credited toward the work once a contract is signed.
Option 2: Fixed price projects
Firm price given for entire project, change orders by request.
Small change orders are usually covered; however, substantial change orders that may arise typically have a separate
fixed price.
Option 3: Handyman Services
Handyman services for smaller projects are normally billed at the rate of $75.00 per hour with a 4-hour minimum time
frame and a 15% service charge for materials.
